2.3 "Retainer" means an ongoing monthly engagement (e.g. SEO, paid media, or digital marketing management) billed on a recurring basis.

2.4 "Deliverables" means the assets, code, designs, reports, or accounts produced as part of a Project or Retainer.

3.1 Full Policy: Cancellation and refund terms depend on whether the engagement is a Project or a Retainer, and are described in full in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

3.2 Summary: Refunds for cancelled work are assessed case-by-case based on work already completed. Retainer cancellations require advance written notice; fees already billed for the current cycle are not refunded. The specific terms agreed in a signed proposal or contract for your engagement take precedence over this general summary.
