No Cancellation Policy

Acuity Digital Agency does not accept cancellations once a service agreement is active and payment has been made. All engagements are considered binding from the moment of payment.

What This Applies To

This policy applies to all services — monthly retainers, project-based work, website development, design, content creation, advertising campaigns, and any custom packages.

Termination by Acuity Digital Agency

While clients cannot cancel, Acuity Digital Agency reserves the right to terminate a service agreement under the following circumstances:

  • The client fails to make payments as agreed
  • The client behaves in an abusive or disrespectful manner toward our team
  • The client requests illegal, unethical, or fraudulent actions
  • The client provides false or misleading information affecting the project
  • The client fails to provide required access, content, or approvals for an unreasonable period of time
  • Both parties reach a mutual written agreement to end the engagement

In the event of termination, any fees paid will be assessed against work completed. No refunds will be issued for work already delivered.

Pause Requests

In exceptional cases, a temporary pause in services may be considered. This is not guaranteed and must be agreed upon in writing. A pause does not entitle the client to a refund or extension of the service term.
